Viewing: You can make an appointment to view the house that you have seen on the Houserenting4all website.

Roadmap:

You must be registered for a viewing. A viewing of a home is always without obligation and free of charge. You can make an appointment to view several homes that are offered. This is also possible on weekends and in the evenings! If you want to rent a home, Houserenting4all will introduce you to the landlord of the property.

Landlords will ask about your income situation. Houserenting4all asks you to provide your income details and a valid ID. We can then draw up the rental agreement for you. We need the following information from you.

For private individuals: Valid ID, recent pay slips and copy of an employment contract.

For self-employed entrepreneurs: Latest IB declaration and recent Chamber of Commerce extract with valid proof of identification of the authorized signatories of the company in question.
